It's a Sony

It indeed is a Sony. However it wasn't the first choice... 

Ever since the old TV blew up, it was a struggle to get a new one. I thought asking the Twitter followers would be helpful, so I brought it up. I usually don't bring up stuff as expensive as this to public because I tend to keep that stuff private. Unfortunately I know NOTHING about TVs nowadays. LCDs? Plasmas? LEDs? Woosh! It went all over my head.

Gokigenyou! I can't believe I've been saying that for a year now! Yes, it has been a year since I started these yuri posts on my blog. Though it was never been a regular thing here, the Weekly Lily series that started at dannychoo.com and now figure.fm has been going on regularly without missing a beat, even if I've posted near midnight (PST) on Sunday. ^^;

Yuri Mania 24: Kanamemo 11-13 END

Gokigenyou minna-san! I've finally finished the slice-of-life, occasionally yuri show that is Kanamemo (last week). So I thought I'll finally give the last few episodes a review (or just a summary). Pardon the lateness and I'm sure a lot of people have forgotten about Kanamemo, but I'll try to refresh your memories on this fun little show.

So Long, My Gargantuan Friend...

BZZZZTTT! Poof! Those were the death knell of our TV in the living room on Tuesday night. It just happened so fast. One moment we were watching the hockey game, the next it was smoking... The picture completely disappeared and only scrambled lines left, so we turned it off. Then smoke started to come out. I frantically fan the smoke with a nearby magazine so that it won't set off the sprinkler system. One dead TV was enough for that night...

I hope 2010 is a good year for all of you. 2009 was bittersweet to me, so I hope 2010 is much more sweeter and less bitter.

Yuri Mania 23: Kanamemo 7-10

Gokigenyou minna-san! I've been neglecting these yuri posts for a while... Not to mention I've neglected my duties of posting about last summer's slice-of-yuri-life show, Kanamemo, for 4-5 months now. I apologize and will finish what I started with this first of two parts of "The Rest of Kanamemo" posts.
