The Birth[day] of MEIKO [DD]

Happy birthday MEIKO! I posted this on the 4th, but by now, it is already November 5th in Japan. She is now 7 years old. I liked her since 2008-09, so you could say I liked her since she was 4-5 years old... Wait, that makes me sound like a lolicon! But really she's made to be 21 years old or so! I first found her through "Sore ga Bokura no Justice" where she looks and sounds badass! I've almost cried a few times just watching this video accompanied by the song.

So just like her birthday last year, let's hear some new and old MEIKO songs :D

Shiteyan'yo

I've been meaning to make this post for a long time now. For some reason I'm fascinated by this two legged Miku face meme. It's creepy and scary, but I'm intrigued. Very unique creature that roams this land ^_^ So I figured it's appropriate for a Halloween post, yes? The pic above is my favourite Shiteyan'yo picture. Very deceiving!

Early Halloween Doll Meet

On October 16th, I went to an early Halloween BJD Meet, which is on my working day... But using creative timing, I was able to attend with no problem. The aim was to get our dolls in costume, but I didn't really have one for Helen... So I got her swimsuit and apron for sukumizugi meido ^^; Well it works for some cultural festival, right?? There are so many dolls and photos that this is probably the only paragraph of text I'll have and I'll mostly say nothing else, lol. Lots of new dolls and people too! Unfortunately I didn't have much time to get to know everyone... Let's get to it! There are over 70 photos altogether!

While it was still sunny out in the usual rainy Vancouver, I took the opportunity to go outside and take some photos. No, I don't usually do this, but I remember seeing very nice red leaves when I went out in the morning, so I figured I'll take a few more pics while I'm outside.
